Is it the timid way she presents herself among men? Maybe it’s her bashfulness to wait until she is noticed to even speak. Could it be shame or embarrassment of self to boost about herself or the things she has or does? Maybe it is how she dresses, ensuring to not bring attention to her body, forcing those that look upon her to view her herself first? Yes, it is all these things and so much more.
The law gives us understanding and it is what guides us to have that righteous look. The question now is “do I have that look or what is missing from my Princess apparel”? We must first look to 2 Corinthians 13:5 to examine ourself, to see if we embody the look of a Princess, in our speech, our dress, and in our actions.
We can always look to the scriptures for Princess Apparel. Here are a few items you want to have;
Item 1 Modesty:
*1 Timothy 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
*Clothing that flatter you without revealing your shape.
*Fringes do not add length, so ensure it is not short.
*If your undergarments are seen then it is too tight.
Item 2 Speech:
*Sirach 26:14 A silent and loving woman is a gift of the Lord; and there is nothing so much worth as a mind well instructed.
*Review the situation you are in and ask if it is appropriate for you to speak and or address what is being discussed?
*Understand who you are addressing and in what manner to address them.
*Avoid unrighteous conversations it corrupts good manner.
*Knowing that you should not dignify every comment with a response.
Item 3 Actions and Reactions:
Sirach 19:29 A man may be known by his look, and one that hath understanding by his countenance, when thou meetest him.
*Think before you act or react. Pause and pray.
*Consider the results your actions may have and how it will impact another person.
*Conduct yourself with integrity, regardless if anyone is around or not, always do the right thing.
Remember: 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
