The Balancing Act

Balance
A false balance is an abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight Proverbs 11:11. This is true in all aspects of a repented Israelites life. In the end we want TMH to remember our works. So, ask yourself, ‘Am I giving it my all’? Mental Strength is just as important yet is an overlooked strength. WOS 1:5 “For the holy spirit of discipline will flee deceit, and remove from thoughts that are without understanding, and will not abide when unrighteousness cometh in.” Our thoughts become our actions and maintaining them is key. Continue to check your spirit daily. Having this control will help balance the scale. Healthy Living is another weight to add to the scale. Not only do we want to be mentally healthy, we want to be physically healthy too. TMH gave us dietary laws to help us balance this part of life. Not over indulging in things that are not best for us. Along with us not accepting an unhealthy weight that we may not remember how we even got there. Taking care of ourselves not only preserves us for the long run but all the remarkable things we can give to our growing nation. Ecclesiasticus 30:15 “Health and good estate of body are above all gold, and a strong body above infinite wealth. Soul Searching daily ensures that we are putting our best foot forward. Giving our all to TMH, fearing him by keeping his laws statues and commandments. In doing so we understand all that he did for us by giving us Christ and with that, following in that same example. 2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? When we balance our life on a scale we must ensure we are putting in the work to make the weight. While at home, workplace, and at the school. Giving our all in all parts of this walk. Being at 100% mentally, physically and spiritually.
